Terms & Conditions
This document is an agreement (“Agreement”) outlining the terms and conditions for the use of the website WinSquad.co.uk (“Website”), including but not limited to its services and any products provided therein.
The Agreement is between the User (“User”) accessing the Website and WinSquad.co.uk (“WinSquad”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and consent to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must cease use of the Website immediately.
WinSquad reserves the right to update, modify or replace this Agreement at its sole discretion without prior notice. We encourage you to periodically review this Agreement for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to the Agreement represents acceptance of said changes.
The Website
WinSquad is a free-to-play platform that allows users to win prizes. In order to cover the cost of the prizes and running the Website, we may run adverts from time to time to generate revenue by placing Ads on the Website.
Eligibility
The games are open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before participating. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant. It is assumed that any entrant under the age of 18 that participates in any game whatsoever, has obtained consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before participating.
Employees of WinSquad, employees of agents, partners or suppliers who are professionally connected with the administration and operation of WinSquad are not eligible to participate in the games. Members of immediate families or households of the above are not eligible either.
By playing the game, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Users can participate in any game as many times as they wish until the prize is won.
WinSquad will not accept any participation that:
– is generated by computer whether automatically or not
– has not followed the process to participate in a game or win a prize
WinSquad reserves all rights to disqualify a User if the User’s conduct is contrary to fairness and the spirit or intention of the games.
The Prize
The prize for each game is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of WinSquad’s knowledge, information and belief, correct when uploaded. If there are any errors, these will be corrected as soon as the error is identified.
Prizes are subject to availability. WinSquad reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.
WinSquad makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. WinSquad makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier. Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website or directly to the winner of the prize.
There are no cash alternatives for any prize.
Winners
The decision of WinSquad is final.
Winners must complete the Claim Prize form accurately to ensure they can be contacted in order to receive their prize. The winner will have a approximately 5 minutes to complete the Claim Prize form. If the Winner does not complete the Claim Prize form within 5 minutes, the Winner will forfeit the prize and the game will be open for other Users to play and win.
WinSquad will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable once a prize has been won and the Claim Prize form has been completed accurately, using the telephone number or email address provided when claiming the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available to discuss receiving the prize within 14 days of the winning date, WinSquad reserves the right to place the prize back into another game.
Claiming the prize
You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are either published on the Website or communicated to the Winner via telephone or email.
If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify WinSquad by Contacting Us as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to WinSquad via email to [email protected]. Notifications must include details of the game you won, your old details and your new details.
WinSquad does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if the Winner is unable to or does not take up the prize.
Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account if the member appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
You agree not to access any of the information provided by WinSquad by any means other than through the various interfaces that are provided by WinSquad and the Website.
You agree not to access the Website through any automated means, including but not limited to, the use of automated coding scripts, website scrapers or website crawlers except in the case of search engine crawling.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the web servers hosting the Website and any networks connected therein.
Reporting an infringement of your copyright
Only the copyright owner or their authorised representative may file a report of copyright infringement. If you believe content has been uploaded to our platform that infringes your copyright please contact us via our Contact Us page so that we may further investigate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WinSquad or partners will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating and/or winning the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to the Agreement
Please be aware that the Agreement may change from time to time. If it does, we’ll update it on the Website.

There are currently no advertiser ad servers or ad networks on our website using technologies like Cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons, which may access your IP address. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. This is currently not present on winsquad.co.uk
Based on our current operations winsquad.co.uk may share website traffic information with advertisers when applicable.
